What's with that? Call the guinea pig police, STAT! No animal abuse! Wheek! [I received a call from a shelter asking if I could take a pig who was displaying symptoms of a medical issue. Since her sister had died at the shelter they were concerned that she might have the same problems (liver disease, bleeding, inflammed intestines). Both she and her sister were impounded when Belle was thrown against a wall. She was examined by my vet and she may have a mass in her abdomen (that did not show up on the x-rays).
